1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 4–9 business days, including processing and transit times.

2. What is your order cut-off time?

Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time)
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the United States.

4. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

6. How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and offer a solution.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.

13. What if my tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my package?

Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors. If still missing, contact us and we will help look into it.
